I am a public policy professional, speaker, and the author of Flying Blind: India’s Quest for Global Leadership (Penguin 2021).

My career has spanned multiple organizations across South Asia, North America, and the Middle East. As a strategy consultant, I have worked for and consulted with the global consulting firm, Kearney, the Economist Intelligence Unit, the United Nations, and other leading organizations. As an expert on international affairs, I have worked for and collaborated with the Carter Center, the Stimson Center, and other institutions in Washington and New Delhi. As a writer, I have been published by the Washington Post, the Straits Times, the Sydney Morning Herald, and other global newspapers.

My core areas of expertise include global public affairs, economics, and emerging technology. In particular, I study the impact of policy developments on global businesses, the future of trade and globalization, and the evolving changes brought about by emerging technology such as AI.
I hold a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and currently work out of New York and Washington, DC.
